What Base Plate Kit will fit a 2009 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon? What if a winch is installed on the factory bumper?

If the winch on your 2009 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon is mounted on top of your factory bumper and is not tied into the frame rail, then you can use the Roadmaster Base Plate Kit, # RM-521448-4. This base plate kit will mount on the bottom under the front bumper and tie into the frame rails of the front bumper and cannot be used with Mopar skid plates or aftermarket bumpers.
If the winch on your vehicle is on a Mopar or Warn bumper, then you will want to use base plate kit # RM-521448-4.
You may also be interested in a few other items if you plan on flat towing your vehicle.
