Question:
Hi , is there a reason why this part is not listed to fit on a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander SE ? I just checked under the hood of my vehicle and i have the same plug near the battery that is shown in your installation video that you describe as the way to know if the vehicle has the towin package prep kit.

For the 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Curt lists the part # C56189 as a fit which plugs inline with the vehicle taillights. If you have the correct connector for the part # C56296 to fit there's a good chance it would work, but I'd recommend using a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 to test the pins of the connector to make sure they are active.
