Question:
Subaru Impreza hatchback. I want to put a dirt bike on my Subaru Impreza. I do not believe I have the center piece that removes on the bumper, but I have a one on the rear on the left for my kayaks. Is there anyway I can do to make this hitch work on my car anything that can hold my dirt bike, which is 215 lbs approx.

While there is a hitch that will fit your 2015 Subaru Impreza hatchback with a single exhaust, the EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Receiver # 306-X7211 will only work if you have the knock-out panel in the center of the rear fascia (bumper).
Since you mentioned you do not have that the only option will be to use a different trailer hitch, the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT24959, which is still going to be hidden very well under the bumper. I have added a link to a video install and the instructions of this hitch for you to take a look at.
The only downside is that the hitch is a Class I hitch with a 1-1/4 inch receiver, which is the only size available for your Impreza, and that means there are no carriers which are going to work with your dirt bike. You will need a small trailer such as the Detail K2 Mighty Multi Utility Trailer # K2MMT4X6 with Tie-Downs such as # IMF12637.
You will also need trailer wiring, a ball mount, and a hitch ball. For your vehicle the correct 4-way wiring harness is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118573 and the correct ball mount is Draw-Tite Drawbar # 3593. This ball mount comes with a pin and clip so you do not have to buy that separately so you will just need 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # 19256 for the Detail K2 trailer or a similar one with a 1-7/8" coupler, or if you go with a different trailer that accepts a 2" ball you will need the 2" Hitch Ball # 19258.
