Because prices can fluctuate, I'll make some recommendations for you, and you can click the product links to see current pricing for each item.
To flat tow your 2008 Jeep Wrangler JK with the stock bumper behind your motorhome, you will need a base plate kit, tow bar, safety cables, tail light wiring harness, and a supplemental braking system. You'll also need a stoplight switch, # RM-751452 and a few other odds and ends.
For your base plates and tow bar, I recommend using the Roadmaster # 1429-1 base plate and the Falcon 2 Tow Bar, # RM-520. This combination provides one of the easiest to use connections available. You will also need the # RM-643 safety cables.. The tow bar is also self-aligning, so the vehicle doesn't have to be perfectly lined up behind the motorhome.
For your wiring harness, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode kit, part # RM-15267. This kit taps into the taillight wiring at the rear of the vehicle, and once it's installed you'll simply plug the included umbilical from the motorhome into the connector that will be installed on the front of the Jeep.
For a braking system, I recommend the Roadmaster Invisibrake, part # RM-8700 because you only have to install the system once, unlike the traditional portable systems that have to be installed and removed each time you tow.
According to the owner's manual, the battery needs to be disconnected while towing. A quick disconnect like # RM-766 makes this task simple.
You may also need a high-low adapter if the the trailer hitch on your motorhome is +/- 3 inches higher or lower than the base plates on your Jeep. I've attached a help article on high-low adapters that explains how to choose the correct adapter.
I've also attached several other help articles and installation videos on the products I've recommended.
