The instructions written dont give me a very good method to follow.

The correct replacement breakaway lever for your Titan Model 6 Zinc-Plated Brake Actuator part # T4747200 is the Replacement Breakaway Lever with Pin for Titan Model 6 Actuators part # T4594100. In regards to installation, this will be up to you as Titan does not provide any sort of write-up for this, mostly because the people who make this repair are trained technicians. That said, I have attached a parts breakdown of a Titan Model 6 Actuator for you and this should then give you a better look at what all is required to replace the breakaway lever but we do not have any install videos on this.
