Question:
How do these mount to the trailer. Is it a single bolt you have to drill through the cross members or is it a u bolt with a plate? Dont see any clear indication of what kind of hardware is required.

To install the CE Smith V-Wing Bolster Bracket for Pontoon Boat Trailers part # CE26244G you want to use lag screws and a washer to attach the brackets which you will need to source from a local hardware store according to CE so drilling will be required. They also recommend a bracket be installed at each frame cross member for maximum support. The brackets are best when installed with a 2x6 or 2x8 carpeted bunk boards laid flat.
