Where is Brake Controller Install Connector in 2019 Honda Ridgeline

Question:

I am having trouble locating the female plug for a brake controller in my 2019 honda ridgeline..I bought the cable for a Tekonsha Primus IQ but still cant locate the plug under the dash...the truck has a factory hitch and 7 wire plug, so I assume it has the connection somewhere.. truck is a 2019 RTL-T ridgeline

You are not the first person to have trouble finding the brake controller install harness on your 2019 Honda Ridgeline so don't feel bad. It's up by the emergency brake pedal and can be buried a bit.

I attached a picture that we got from a customer who was having a hard time finding his with the connector pointed out with pink arrows. The # 3070-P that you referenced is the correct install harness for the Primus IQ part # TK90160 you mentioned as well.
