Can RV Propane Source be Regulated Twice and Still Function
Published 08/15/2019 >
Question:
I know that two Regulators is not needed but is it okay to have two Regulators so that way I can disconnect and her to another tank without regulator and without having to keep taking it off and on every time when I want to use that changed it already has a regulator. So is it okay to have two Regulators even though its not needed?

Expert Reply:
If you try to use two regulators you will most likely have too low of pressure you run your propane accessories. We had a customer come back who tried to use a RV gas grill that was regulated from a propane source that was already regulated and the pressure was too low for the grill to work properly.
I attached a link to a help article on RV propane systems for you to check out as well.
