To determine if the Pollak 7-Way Connector, part # PK12-707E, will fit your factory mounting bracket on your 2003 Ford F-150 you will want to take some measurements.
On the # PK12-707E, the diameter of the socket at the widest point it just under 2 inches (1.956 inches) so it will fit into a 2 inch diameter hole. The length from the back of the mounting surface to the back end of the socket is 3-5/16 inches long.
It would need to be secured using 4 screws. Side to side, the holes are 2-1/4 inches apart on center. Top to bottom they are 1-1/2 inches apart on center. I have included a link to a video review of the socket for you. I have also included a picture showing the dimensions of the connector.
