From the info I could find I believe the replacement screen for your Ventline AS-13-M-V101 is part # BVC0573-31 for birch white or part # BVC0573-41 for polar white. I have attached review and installation videos for you to reference.
If you have a different style screen please send me a photo of it and I can help you find a replacement.
