Jameson, It probably doesn’t matter but we use the Thule Force Roof box instead of the basket. Are the mounting parts you referenced the same for the box as the basket?

I wish there was a great solution that would allow you to install a ladder rack with your tonneau cover but the only ladder racks we offer that can fit with your tonneau would have a load bar spread that would be too wide.
What about a roof rack for the cargo carrier?

Thanks for your response. A roof rack for the Thule would work but I was hoping to make access easier for both my wife and I but that may be our best option.
