My truck already has a factory installed gooseneck kit. Will the one that I already have work or it will only work with the part number provided?

You have made a very smart choice because the B&W Companion 5th wheel trailer hitch is regarded by many as the best in the industry.
In order to mount this hitch in your 2014 Ram 2500 you will need the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1384-5W which is installed underneath your bed so you have access to it when not towing, and it doubles as an outstanding gooseneck hitch if you ever have the need or desire to pull a gooseneck trailer.
In regards to the Companion, the correct one will depend on if you have an 8 foot bed or a short bed. If you have a short bed you will need the sliding version of the Companion, the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider # BWRVK3400-5W.
For an 8 foot bed you will need the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W.
The reason this is the best hitch is its impressive jaw system that enhances the connection to your king pin, the cushioned bushings which minimize the noise that often comes with towing a fifth wheel trailer, and its pivoting head which makes connecting your trailer to the hitch easier.
This jaws on this hitch are a full 1 inch thick and are the key reason why you aren't going to have to deal with the highly annoying rattling that you would otherwise have to if you were to use a hitch with a lesser jaw system. If you take a look at the accompanying photo you can see the full breadth of these jaws and why they provide an optimal connection.
Additionally, if you happen to need a 5th wheel wiring harness I recommend the Pollak 5th Wheel / Gooseneck T-Connector with 7-Pole # PK11893-11932 which works with the factory 7-way on your Ram 2500.
