Question:

It looks like on this vehicle the air bags take the same space as the gooseneck mounting brackets. Do you know if there is a way to accommodate both on this truck? What air bags would work on a 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500 with the B&W gooseneck

The Air Lift LoadLifter part # AL57338 for the 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500 will require drilling if you have the B&W Gooseneck hitch but it will be compatible. The self tapping screws will allow you to attach the Air Lift springs to the bottom of the frame rail and not use the U-bolts which would interfere with the Gooseneck brackets.

I also recommend the Air Command Compressor System w/ Light Duty Compressor # F2610 to make inflating the bags more convenient compared to carrying around a bulky compressor with you or stopping at a gas station. The air compressor system connects directly to your smart phone so you do not have to keep up with a remote either.
