i have a spindle with some wear that is too deep to sand out. want to use sleeve for inner axle seal. not sure what size to get

There really isn't a solution we can provide aside from replacing the spindle since yours is damaged beyond repair. Since you have a 3,500 lb EZ lube axle the correct replacement spindle would be the part # TRU74FR.
I recommend taking it to a shop since installing a spindle does require precision welding.
