Will this fit as a replacement for the Morryde CRE3000?

Yes, the Lippert Components Center Point by Trailair Air-Ride Suspension Upgrade part # LC1565391 will work in place of your MORryde CRE3000 Suspension System, you just need to make sure you have at least 2-1/2" from the hole on the center leaf spring hanger to the bottom of the frame.
The Trailair Air-Ride will actually be an upgrade as the shock absorption will be much greater with the airbags than it would be for the rubber included with the above MORryde equalizers. The Trailair Air-Ride will also lift the trailer an additional 2" for more ground clearance.
