Replacement Rubber Grip for Door Handle on 2018 Grand Design Solitude 373FB

I am trying to find the part # or replacement part for this part on a 2018 Grand Design Solitude 373fb. The rubber part on ours is tearing down from the top portion. Can you tell us if the rubber can be replaced or do we need a whole new grab handle?
