Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent Assembly Kit - Clamp-on - Power Lift - 14-1/4x14-1/4 Item # FV807357 What does clamp on mean? How is the clamp on installed? Where can I find the installation instructions for this upgrade? My fan does have the cut out corners. Thank you

The included hardware of the Fan-Tastic Vent Upgrade kit part # FV807357 that you referenced does screw to the garnish that's already installed which is what clamps to the roof opening.

While online install instructions aren't available it's basically just a matter of using the included hardware to lower the inner section of the vent assembly and then replacing it with this after making a few wiring connections. Printed instructions to come with this though.
