I am afraid we are not able to tell specifically what model of FanTastic vent you have based on your pictures. It certainly appears to be an older model. If you are looking to replace individual parts of your fan we will need to know the exact model. Contacting the original manufacturer of your camper may be a good way to find that out. Otherwise you may need to disassemble the fan and see if you can find a sticker with a model number.

If you are looking to replace the entire fan, they are fairly universal. You can use the # FV807350 to replace your vent. This is a very similar 12v vent fan with a powered lift.

Hey Aaron, since it's a Fan-Tastic roof vent the correct lid would be the part #FVK1020-19 that you referenced. They've only used the one roof vent lid design over the years.
