Question:

Will this bike fit on the transfer one Kuat? It has a slightly longer wheelbase for stability but I don’t know exactly what it is I can’t find my paperwork. Also it would be going onto a 2019 Toyota Highlander

The # KU64FR Kuat Transfer 1 Bike Platform Rack is a tire mount rack that fits a variety of bike frame styles. It supports up to a 50 inch wheelbase bike and the Trek Pure Sport has a wheelbase of 46.25 inches so it does fit your bike.

It's worth noting an additional bike add on capability with the 1 Bike Add-On for Kuat Transfer 1-Bike Platform Rack part # KU57FR. A hitch of 1 1/4 inch or 2 inches is required for this rack so we would be happy to recommend one as well should you not already have one on your 2019 Toyota Highlander.

If I have the transfer one bike rack, and I get the add on is it a permanent or removable. Like if I just go take one bike all the time the. Want to take a Friend with me I can take it on and off easily? Or am I just better off getting the transfer 2 rack? I mainly ride by myself. Thanks
