Hello I am wondering does the brake buddy unit in towed vehicle need a another communication device on it to talk to the in dash unit? Thanks

The wireless remote that comes with the Brake Buddy Select 3 # HM39524 is designed to sit in the cab of your RV and still be able to communicate with the portable system that is mounted in your towed vehicle. You won't need a signal booster to use this system.
