The item ordered was packed and shipped as expeditiously as possible, and was received in excellent condition, and is exactly what was ordered and needed.
The old pedal clamp that I had used on 3 different vehicles would not fit on the pedal of my Grand Cherokee. The RM-9329-B is a great fit, allowing a secure clamping to the brake pedal. It also arrived quickly after I placed my order.
I had a system purchase in 2005, and the pedal bracket would not fit the pedal on my 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I did some cutting on the old bracket but was not happy with the result. This 9329-B bracket fits the pedal perfectly with no alteration required. Super! AND, very prompt shipping!
1st ETrailer is a great store. Excellent selection, inventory, price and delivery. Great communications. I had an older model EvenBrake controller with the old hard clamp. It was very difficult to install and remove. Saw the new model, ordered it and already tried it. I did order the wrong one (B model) which came with the short coupler but just changed it out with my old long one. Just be aware of whether you need the long or short based on your unit.
