Troubleshooting Brake Buddy Vantage 2 Remote that Stopped Working

Question:

Have brake buddy vantage 2 , remote quit working , tried syncing , still doesnt, is there someone that works on them? Only used on 3 short trips

Hey Tim, have you tried re-syncing the remote? If not lets try that first and go from there. Hold (+) and (-) on the unit until "LL" appears, then quickly pressing the Braking Mode and Sensitivity buttons on the remote for 5 seconds to re-establish the link. Let me know fi that makes a difference. You might also check the batteries too.

@TimM Have verified that the 12 volt socket it's plugged into has power? Sometimes fuses for these can blow.

@Tim Any lights on the display? Basically do we know for sure the remote has power as well as the main unit? If so, I would assume the remote probably needs to be replaced due to it being defective.
