Is there an installation manual available? Do I need a torgue wrench to install? Setting? What grade bolts do I need and do you sell them?

I attached a link to an install video for the Demco Actuator part # DM72VR that will be the best guide to use for the install as printed instructions aren't available. The bolt Grade you need is a minimum of 5 but a lot of people will use 8.

I attached a link to a torque table to use based on the size of bolts you use.
