Question:
Can 2x10 wood pieces normally used under most stabilizing jacks be fastened to the Lippert Power Stabilizer Jack feet to keep the feet from sinking into the ground? It would be nice not to have to stow extra wood when travelling.

Lots of RVers use wood planks to create a larger and more stable base on the ground for their jack's foot plate, especially on soft or wet ground. But instead of carrying heavy wood around with you I suggest you use a lightweight item like the Stackers # A10-0920.
These come as a set of 10 and include a carry bag. You can use as many as needed under the jack to give it a larger 8 x 8-inch foot print and extras can be used for other purposes such as providing a more solid surface underneath an outdoor RV mat. Unlike wood these plastic Stackers will not absorb water which would make the wood even heavier.
I do not recommend permanently attaching anything to the jack foot to avoid risk of it coming off during travel.
