I assume you are wondering whether or not your 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited has the factory towing package because you need to know your towing capacity. If that is the case then you should be able to use the chart I have attached for you below to find this. That said, the dealer would be the only one that is able to tell you what parts your vehicle did or did not come equipped with.

3.6L (No Towing Package) 4x2 = 3,500 lbs
3.6L (No Towing Package) 4x4 = 3,500 lbs
3.6L (Towing Package) 4x2 = 6,200 lbs
3.6L (Towing Package) 4x4 = 6,200 lbs
5.7L (No Towing Package) 4x4 = 5,000 lbs
5.7L (Towing Package) 4x4 = 7,200 lbs

If you don't have the towing package which I would assume is the case unless you already have a factory trailer hitch or wiring harness, you can add these parts aftermarket for much less. I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75699 with the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness part # 118727. The hitch will not require any cutting or drilling to install. The wiring harness is also very easy to install which is almost a completely plug and play option.
