If you refer to the linked example of a 17-digit trailer VIN you'll note that the 10th digit usually indicates the year of manufacture. Other characters within the VIN provide the manufacturer (2nd and 3rd) and the trailer serial number (the last 6).
There are online VIN decoders available too (easily found with a web search) and I will send you a few links to some of them. The VIN you provided has 18 characters so you'll want to double check this before using the online tools.
