Question:
LCI level up not down. I manually solved the issue temporarily but would love the CORRECT fix if anyone can assist. System says it’s auto leveling but when it thinks it’s done and says jacks down, the two rear passenger side jacks are not touching the ground. Any ideas? I think the control pad may be bad...

The part # LC304136 that you referenced is the replacement module for the Lippert Ground Control 3.0 electric leveling system # LC358590 with 4 jacks. Since it sounds like you have a setup with 6 jacks and two of them show similar behavior my Lippert contact thinks you may have the Level Up hydraulic jack system. In this system the hydraulic pump that operates the jacks feeds the two rear jacks from the same hydraulic line. This would explain why two jacks both got hung up before hitting the ground.
The usual cause for this is a weak power source. If the batteries feeding the hydraulic pump are not able to deliver the full required voltage the circuit breaker for the pump will trip to prevent the under-voltage condition from overheating the pump motor. This condition would cause the system to be able to only partially level the 6 jacks. You can check the actual output voltage reaching the pump with a tester like # PT89ZR and/or put an AC shore-power battery charger like # CTEK56353 on the RV. If the issue persists with full power to the pump you will want to contact Lippert tech support. I have sent their contact information to you separately.
