Left Side Jack on Ground Control 3.0 Is Not Responding

Question:
We have a front left jack that won’t respond, up or down. Continue to get a fault message on the touch screen. We have checked the fuses and all are good. Before I ordered a motor I switched the pig tails left for right and now get a right jack fault. Could this be an issue with the control board or something else? Don’t want to purchase an item if not needed. 2019 coachman chaparral 298 rls Thank you

Since the left side jack of your Lippert Ground Control 3.0 is not responding, and you have checked the fuses, since you mentioned switching the harnesses around and the issue then occurred on the other side I would say that is the issue over a faulty Control Module # LC304136.
It sounds like the harness for the jack is faulty, and the harness can be replaced with the Replacement Wiring Harness for Lippert Ground Control 3.0 - Left Side Landing Gear # LC307490.
