Question:
Are the brakes on this axle self adjusting? If not can it be ordered with the Dexter NEV-R-ADJUST 6k Trailer Axle Brake - 6k 12x2inch - K23-458 and K23-459?

The brakes that come with the Dexter Axle part # 7461121-EB are manual adjust brakes part numbers # 23-106 and # 23-105. To order a similar setup with self-adjusting brakes is possible but you will need to piece the kit together as we don't have it all as one part number. You'd need the following:
# 7461121
# 8-201-9UC3-EZ quantity 2
# 23-458-459
# 7-5
