Replacement Dressing Room Locks for Featherlite Horse Trailer

Question:

I need a replacement lock for the dressing room of my trailer. Ive attached a picture of it as Im unsure of which to purchase for this trailer. Perhaps you can provide insight on which lock will fit. The lock currently will lock from the outside but not open from the outside with the key. The latch works great, just not the locking capabilities.

We don't have the exact lock you currently have installed in your Featherlite Horse Trailer but looking at the picture you attached I believe the Global Link RV Entry Door Locking Latch Kit # 295-000019 will work great as a replacement. To be sure you will want to take a few measurements on your door and existing latch.

This unit will fit doors that are 1-1/4 inch to 1-1/2 inch thick. It installs into latch cutouts that are 2-1/2 inches to 3 inches wide and 3-1/2 inches to 4 inches tall. Its sturdy steel construction and black powder coat finish will resist rust over time and all the needed hardware is included.
