My 2019 ford f-250 4x4 has towing package but no puck system it does appear to have 5th wheel mounting brackets welded to frame right over the rear housing my question is I want to use the 18 k Demco 5 th wheel hitch do they make an under the bed adaptor mounti ng bracket to fit the 18 k Demco hitch??

For your 2019 Ford F-250, the Under-Bed Rail and Installation Kit for Reese Elite Series 5th Wheel # RP87FR will be the underbed kit to give you the pucks. Then you can use the Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch w/ Slider - Single Jaw - Ford Super Duty Prep Package - 18K # DM8550024 which will fit perfectly in those Elite Pucks because they have the same exact measurements as the Ford Factory Prep Package pucks.
I also recommend adding the Hopkins Endurance 5th Wheel/Gooseneck 90-Degree Wiring Harness with 7-Pole Plug # 41157. This will allow you to have the clean look and easy connection in the bed of your truck.
