Question:

I need to buy a replacement blade for Elixir S545A3 rest of the sticker is gone. Doesnt have to be same brand but work. What are my options?

Most of the Elixir motors have a D shaped shaft that the fan blade fits onto which is an outdated style. We do not have any replacement fan blades that fit the D shaped shaft of the motor and from my research they can be hard to get a hold of.

One option is to replace the motor with part # BVD0218-00 and then use a new 6 inch fan blade part # BVC0466.

I recommend to just replace the Elixir Vent with an updated Fan-Tastic Vent part # FV800601 because the parts will be easier to replace down the road if you need to. The Fan-Tastic Vent fits a 14W x 14L Inch so you can use the same cut out from the Elixir Vent.
