Is Camera Angle of GCH Truck Bed Cargo Camera Adjustable

Question:

I have installed this camera and it functions great. I would like to adjust the camera to point down a little more to get a better view of my hitch but I am afraid I will break it trying to move it it’s very tight in the socket. It doesn’t seem to want to move. The description says it is adjustable

The ball socket of the Truck Bed Cargo Camera # 3460001 that you referenced is pretty tight but it is adjustable. What you'll want to do is use a small screwdriver to apply pressure into the screw hole I pointed out which will allow the socket to point down.

Is it possible to twist the camera the same way? My camera is crooked side to side

@ChrisR my camera is showing the lines rotated slightly to the right and not centered. Is there a way to rotate to where the guiding lines align with the bed?

@MyR The guide lines will pop up in the same place on the screen so the only way to adjust them would be to adjust the camera's view. You can adjust the camera itself like Jameson talks about above or adjust the mounting bracket for the camera to fix the angle. I would check the mounting bracket with a level to help make this process easier since it's likely the smallest adjustment you'll need to get the view correct.
