If your 1995 Rockwood pop up camper Premier 1908 has Lippert 3,500 diamond torsion axles installed then yes the Axle Riser Kit # LC270682 would be what you need. I attached a picture that shows what the diamond style of Lippert axle looks like as well.

If you have a different axle on your trailer let me know what you have and I'll see what would work best.
