Question:

The demo videos show the snug up bolts to tighten up the slop in the parts. But the photos dont show the threaded holes on the part? Are they just old photos? Or is it a different version?

The Gen-Y Torsion 2-Ball Mount # 325-GH-1824 that you referenced does now come with set screws on the sides of the square openings to allow the movement of the ball and retainer to be reduced. I attached a picture of them for you to check out. The size wrench needed to tighten them is 3/8 inch. There are some pictures floating around on our site that shows the earlier design without them but I sent and update to have the pictures updated.
