Helpful Expert Reply:
The Trailer Valet RVR9 Remote-Controlled Trailer Mover # TVRVR9 is a 4-motor device. There are other versions of this unit that use fewer motors but this one has 4. The maximum surface slope compatible with this device is 5 degrees. I did confirm this with my contact at Trailer Valet. Even though your trailer is only 4500-lbs, half the unit's weight capacity, the slope limit remains at 5 degrees.
