Question:

do you have an RP 38 186 Style for 2.5 inch hitch? I would assume since this is class 3 it would be 20000 lb Max?

Yes, we have pintle hook mounts for 2-1/2-inch hitches that are similar to the 3-inch Reese Super Titan # RP38186. All of them can be seen on the page I linked for you. Pintles generally do not have a class rating, just a weight rating.

The highest weight rating in a 2-1/2-inch is with the 21K Gen-Y Torsion Pintle Hook Mounting Plate for 2-1/2-Inch Hitches # 325-GH-1301 which has 14 holes for mounting flexibility and a rubber torsion spring cushion to reduce shock. Standard mounts are rated up to 20K and include Curt adjustable mount # C48349 which you referenced and their single-point mount # C48340.
