Sounds like you are looking for a valve stem to go with the Aluminum Liger Trailer Wheel # LH39FR for that you'd want the Americana Metal, Bolt-In Valve Stem # AM20906 which is high pressure rated and fits both sizes of valve stem holes. This wheel happens to have the valve stem hole diameter of .625 inch.

We do have metal valve stems you can use on your aluminum wheels with the Americana Valve Stems part #AM20906 which have grommets to protect the metal of your wheel from touching the valve stem and also fits both standard valve stem sizes.

As is, no it cannot. The valve stem that comes included with the Liger Trailer Wheel #LH34FR is only rated up to 65 psi so you would need to swap it out to either the 80 psi #AM20904 or the #AM20906 which is rated to over 100 psi (if you wanted one…
