Question:

I have 2004 Ford F250 PowerStroke with Old Man Emu leaf springs from ARB front and read which gives it a 2inch lift. Can I install the the front Timber bump-stop kit? Thank You.

Yes, you should be able to install the Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System part # TFF350SD4 on your 2004 Ford F-250 with Old Man Emu ARB Leaf Springs. However, if the distance between the bottom of the frame and top of the leaf spring pack has changed which I can only assume it has then you will need spacers to fill the gap until you have around 1/2" - 1" from the bottom of the Timbren and top of the leaf spring pack.

The Timbren spring and bracket will measure 4" tall therefore if you measure the distance between the bottom of the frame and top of the leaf spring pack then subtract 4" for the kit you can install increments of the part # A25723-90AH00 (1") and part # TA25722-90P00 (1/2") until there is 1/2" - 1" of space between the bottom of the Timbren spring to the leaf spring pack.
