When heavy gear or equipment weighs down the front end, steering and braking can feel off. The Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System adds up to 3,000 lbs of extra support so the vehicle stays level and stable under load. The hollow rubber springs work with the factory suspension to reduce sag and keep headlights properly aimed when carrying or using front-mounted equipment.
Bumpy roads and uneven terrain can beat up your front suspension. These Aeon hollow rubber springs act like shock absorbers, taking the brunt of impacts before they reach the cab. They soak up road shock and cushion light loads for a smoother, more comfortable ride while helping extend the life of your factory suspension by preventing bottoming out on rough roads.
When cornering or carrying uneven weight, each Timbren spring works on its own to balance support from side to side. This independent action cuts down on body roll and sway so the vehicle feels planted in turns, when swerving, or with an off-center load. The setup helps maintain control and confidence even when your load is uneven or shifting.
Installing load support doesn’t need a full shop. The system replaces factory bump stops using custom-fit brackets and included hardware, all with a simple no-drill bolt-on design. Once mounted above the front axle, each spring stays in constant contact to provide continuous cushioning and support without needing compressors, airlines, or manual adjustments.

For me surprisingly easy to install at 67 years old. Had immediate handling improvement and steering control.
Have them on several trucks now and couldn't imagine running snow plows without anymore.
The front Timbren are working very good.The rear not so good
Install was straightforward. Hardest part was getting the old bump stops out. Sway was greatly reduced on the Interstate and the rock and roll by passing semis was greatly reduced. Wish I had bought these sooner!
Pretty pricey but well worth it. Put these all the way around at the same time as new rear leaf springs on our c7500 topkick and it made a huge difference. It's a top heavy bucket truck and it would rock and roll just turning a corner to the point it was downright scary. Now thats greatly reduced. They also smoothed out the ride especially when loaded more than I expected.
Install was simple, perfect fit. Worst part was grinding out the rivet on the old bracket
These bumpstops really work, they stop the front end vibration before it travels through the shocks and springs, for a smooth ride
I haven/t installed them yet. I think I should have gotten a discount for the age of the "box"s the Timbrens were in. May be a credit ,, Brad
It good but one side with no bump had to be put spacer but the spacer was flat so the bolt did not have a lot of thread so I grind the spacer a bit so it could stay flush otherwise this might solve the problem of outter tire wear that ford transit has will find out soon
I love these things. They are worth the upfront expense. I have them on two ¾'s, one ½, and a minivan for road trips. This particular set is full-time active up front. I have a 2" leveling kit and I'm in em no matter what. Zero complaints though. Solid performance through all aspects. I don't run any front-end attachments.
I have a 2006 Kodiak 2 wheel drive. Timbrin firmed up the front end to much. There in full contact with the spring. I think it to stuff and I might be removing them. The install was straight forward. Parts are as expected and quality of Timbrin is great. Just not enough cush..

Noticeable improvementI bought a 2001 Excursion 4X4 with 168000 miles. Of course it had expected wear/tear. The ride had a noticeable sway in turns and the suspension was too loose for my liking. I replaced the shocks and still saw little improvement. I then intstalled this Timbren SES and noticed an immediate difference. The sway is gone and the suspension is much better. It is a little stiffer of a ride, but very acceptable. I bought a 4X4 so that's what I expected anyway. Installation was simple and I didn't even have to remove the tires or shocks to install. Took less than 3 hours to install front and rear sets. I am pleased with the system so far.
Installed even easier than I thought. On my '04 F250(Front), they were a direct swap for the factory bump stops and easily accessible. I installed them to help with a Western V-plow I installed. Don't even notice a drop when the plow is picked up. The Timbrens look to be a very simple and cost-effective way to manage extra weight on your truck.
Easy to put on vehicle, have not hooked a trailer up yet, but clearance to pad is 1/2 to 3/4 inch which should be perfect.

Perfect fit great product
I installed these springs on the front a 2002 Ford Excursion with a 7.3L diesel. The kit has excellent fit & finish. It was very simple, and straightforward to install as well. If you can put a nut on a bolt, and change a tire you can do this. The hardest part was the bolts on the drivers side due to the tight area between frame, suspension, and axle parts. The passenger side was very easy. These replace the factory bumpstops between the framerail, and axle. They have stopped the heavy engine from bottoming out the suspension when hitting severe bumps, and do so without making the ride anymore harsh than before. I definately recommend this product.

Have towed single and double axle trailer s several times and notice less sag, less sway, and better breaking. With balancing trailers I have a 1 12 of the trailer hitch. Which seems to be perfect for towing.
