Question:
Is the TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V - Dual 2inch Receivers - TLF1000inch my best option for a heavy duty hitch for everyday use, but will eventually put a camper on the truck? I would also like to know if you have a plug in adapter to add the RV trailer wiring female plug and trailer brakes? 1987 F250 regular bumper, no trailer light connector.

If you plan to be installing a truck bed camper and you want to tow a trailer then yes, the TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver part # TLF1000 will absolutely be your best option. The reason for this is because it allows you to use a TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extension like part # TLE1542 which will most likely be needed for clearance because of the truck bed camper.
In order to add a 7-way to your F-250 you will want to use the 7-Way Pre-Wired Pigtail part # 20024. This is a hardwired option but that is the only option for your F-250 as they do not make any plug-in options for a 7-way unless you have the US Car Connector. If you also need a brake controller then I recommend the Tekonsha Voyager Trailer Brake Controller part # 39510 with the Brake Control Plug-In Harness part # 20127.
If you do not need to tow a trailer with your truck bed camper attached then you don't really need the TorkLift SuperHitch Original Trailer Hitch Receiver and you can use the B&W Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch Receiver part # BWHDRH25122 instead.
