Noticed that some places that sell Hitch Bracket Curt C 16448 for a 1999 F 250 SD Say it will fit mine and some say it does not . Would like to know if it will .

The Curt Custom Brackets # C16443 are what you need to use for your 1999 Ford F-250 as the Custom Brackets # C16448 are for 2005-2010 Ford Super Duty models.
You can combine this bracket kit with the industry standard base rails as part # C16443-204 on our site. This kit will fit whether you have the long or short bed.
