What are the measurements for this cover? Inside and outside?

The B&W Rubber Cover for Stowed Turnoverball # BWGNXA1710 outside diameter is 3-3/4 inches. The inside diameter with a slightly indented lip is 3-1/4 inches. The 4 pegs form a square with the outermost edges 1-1/8 inches apart. I've attached a photo to assist.
