First let's get your 2019 Honda Ridgeline setup for a 7-way and brake controller. It sounds like you might have a 7-way already installed, but if you didn't the correct kit would be the part # 118288 which is a confirmed fit for your vehicle. The brake controller I recommend is the P3 part # 90195 that you referenced. This is the best performing controller and also the most advanced so it will do the best job for you overall. It has a screen that can display full words, the ability to save presets, and has onboard diagnostics.
To install the P3 requires the correct install harness which for that all you'd need is the part # 3070-P and you'd be set.
Since you are having the Casita trailer built you'll need to make sure you tell them you want brakes installed on the axle(s) and to have a 7-way RV connector installed as well. They'll know exactly what you mean as this is a very common route to go. You mentioned it being 2-wire which I believe you meant in reference to trailer taillight wiring. This is totally separate from brake output wiring.
