Brophy Trailer Stake Pocket Spare Tire Carrier Dimensions and Parts

Question:
The one with the square plate.....does it come with the spare tire mounting hardware, studs and lug nuts? And to be sure based on my picture it would only let me upload one the other dimension is 3 1/2, it will fit, correct? Thank you!

Yes, the Brophy Trailer Stake Pocket Spare Tire Carrier # SPTC does include 2 bolts and 2 coned lug nuts to secure the spare tire to the 7-1/2 x 6-inch tire mounting plate. It also includes a longer bolt and u-channel steel brace to secure the entire carrier in your stake pocket opening. The base part of the carrier that fits into the stake pocket opening measures 1-1/2 x 3-1/2-inches and the bolt that secures it threads up into the bottom of the base.
