What is Height Adjustment Range for Andersen Ultimate Connection Adapter part # AM3139

Question:

As I read comments/reviews, it looked like some customers were able to make height adjustments per their specific installation. As a rule does this product come with no factory-authorized method of adjusting the height?. Are the shaft sections 2 separate pieces with set screws?

The Andersen Ultimate Connection Adapter part # AM3139 that you referenced is height adjustable from 13-1/2 inches to 16 inches. I attached a picture that shows more info on this adapters dimensions as well as shows where the maximum height adjustment line is. The height is set using the two set screws that thread through the outer tube of the adapter and then squeeze the inner tube.
