No, I am sorry it does not. I just spoke with Lippert and none of the Curt Helux Shock-Absorbing 5th Wheel Pin Box like item # C73RJ are compatible with gooseneck adapters like the Anderson Ultimate 5th Wheel Hitch. You would need to use a standard 5th wheel hitch like the Curt Q20 item # C16130.

I spoke with Anderson and they said that the curt Helux coil pin box will work with the Anderson ultimate fifth wheel hitch. This Anderson hitch is not a gooseneck adaptor. I am getting conflicting information and not sure what to do. The Andersen hitch #3220 is the hitch I ordered. Can you please confirm if the curt Helux coil pin will work with this Andersen 3220 and let me know asap please.

@Robert Lippert, the company that makes the Curt Helux said not to use a gooseneck adapter. The Anderson pn 3220 5th wheel hitch is considered a gooseneck adapter, even though your model attaches to 5th wheel rails. I recommend going back to Anderson with this information because in the event of a parts failure it will be their 5th wheel hitch that goes first.

I am in the same situation where I purchased the Anderson 3220, did you get conformation that it can be used or not with the curt helux that comes srandard on a Brinkley model z 3215, or did I just throw away over a thousand dollars?

@DarrinS Hey Darrin! The answer is still going to be no on using the Andersen Ultimate 5th Wheel Hitch item # 3220 with the Curt Helux item # C73RJ. Curt said the following when asked about the Helux's compatibility with a Anderson 5th wheel hitch: "The use of an adapter or extension may cause damage to the upper deck or suspension of the coach or to the pinbox. If this were to be used and were to cause damage to the coach or pinbox, Lippert (Curt) would not be able to assist on the repairs to the unit or pin box"

@WilliamG I literally just got off the phone with Lippert/Curt ( did not know they were the same company) and they told me that any hitch that requires an adapter should not be used on the Helux pin box because it may move points of stress on the hitch. I called Andersen and was told they have made a lockout kit to stop the hitch from flexing and once you install the lockout kit you could then use the Anderson hitch on the helux pin box. She told me the part number was 3258 and it is not on their website yet but you can call and order it, she said it was $50 for the kit. Just passing on what I was told by both companies.

@WilliamG William- I see you are running with the lockout kit with the Helux set up? How is that working so far? Also did you get cleared from Lippert/Curt that it was OK? I really would like to keep my Andersen hitch but unsure at the moment. Thanks.
