How to Wire the Toggle Switches on the Lippert Electric Trailer Jack LC285318

Question:
I replaced the bottom portion of the jack and had disconnected the wiring to do so... cant remember the wiring setup to the toggle switches. Couldnt find a color pix on line and the schematic online is not helping..

I spoke to my contact at Lippert about wiring the toggle switches for the Lippert Electric Trailer Jack # LC285318. They stated that they don't have any schematics on this unfortunately but what we were able to do is snap a photo of the back of the switch panel. Let me know if this helps.
