will this fit with a BW turnover ball gooseneck hitch? Is this a no-drill installation?

Yes, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57396 will work with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch part # BWGNRK1111 on your 2016 Ford F-250 and there is no drilling required for installation whatsoever.

The only thing that must be done to install the kit that is not in the instructions is to remove the center bolt on the side plate for the gooseneck hitch and run it through the upper airbag bracket before it goes through the frame and out the other side of the gooseneck hitch's side plate.

If you take a look at the attached install video, you will see the above process completed with a different gooseneck hitch but it will be the same as your B&W Turnoverball.
