Do they make a lock for a Curt Q series 5th wheel hitch for the sidewinder?

The Q Series of Curt fifth wheel hitches can't be used with Sidewinders as the jaws and heads end up getting damaged. Instead, I recommend using the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Slide Bar Jaw - 16,000 lbs # C16115 with Wedge # RP64FR. The wedge keeps the king pin from rotating inside the hitch and will work great with your sidewinder.

The wedge isn't really the issue when it comes to incompatibility between the Curt Q-Series Hitches and pivoting pin boxes like the Sidewinder. The reason actually has to do with the bearings used in the Q-Series head. This type of pin box would simply put too much pressure on the unit and could lead to damage. So unfortunately even if there was a Custom Wedge that fit the Q-Series Hitches it wouldn't resolve this issue.

Yes, there is a Curt A20 5th Wheel Hitch model that's designed specifically for the factory pucks on a 2018 Nissan Titan XD with the part # C16540-16026. This will drop right into those pucks to provide you with an excellent towing setup. I'm not quite sure what you mean by your pin box issue but if you can tell me a bit more I may be able to help.
